Why Acupuncture?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is proven to alleviate pain and increase overall health, wellness, and longevity. It can be effective for a wide variety of conditions, everything from back pain and arthritis to allergies and digestive issues to depression and anxiety. I integrate acupuncture, along with other traditional healing methods such as cupping, moxibustion (heat), herbs and healthy food into my treatments to support a natural and holistic healing process.

Achieve radiant, healthy skin with Facial Rejuvenation

Facial Rejuvenation restores your skin’s natural radiance without use of any harsh chemicals or invasive procedures. By gently stimulating acupuncture points on your face through the use of micro-current and pulsing light, the production of collagen and elastin is encouraged, which supports healthy and vibrant skin.

Food as Medicine

In traditional Chinese medicine, food is used as a means to achieve balance and harmony within the body. It can promote good health, prevent disease, mitigate illness and help slow aging.
